SALES COORDINATOR

Job Scope:
> Prepare weekly enquiry report and/or sales report.
> Answering customers phone enquiries.
> Prepare quotation, follow-up and attend to sales enquiries/tenders
> Issue sales order for accounts to prepare invoice and delivery order
> Assist Manager of paper work and support Sales executives
> Liaise with store for the stock level status
> Arrange delivery of outgoing goods

Requirement:
> Min GCE ‘O’ Level or at least 1 to 2 years working experiences in Audio ...Visual and/or any Technical or Electronics Industries an advantage
> Ability to perform repetitive tasks; good communication and organizational ...skills, attention to detail, a team player and have good working attitude
> Mature and able to handle things independently
> Computer literate in MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet searching
> Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin


MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Scope:
> Support Sales & Marketing Activities
> Provide administrative support to the sales department
> Able to organize and perform filing duties systematically
> To assist the marketing department in marketing planning
