ABtUS Limited Warranty Statement
ABtUS Singapore ("ABtUS") warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects when installed and used in accordance with the supplied user’s manual. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, ABtUS, at its discretion, will either repair or replace any returned product that is determined by ABtUS to be defective, without charge for parts or repair labor.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty shall be void if a serial number has been removed from the product or if it is determined by ABtUS that the product has been opened, altered or physically damaged either by accident or intentionally.

Duration of Warranty
One-year Warranty: The following ABtUS products are covered for a period of one year from the date of original manufacturer shipment: projector control switchers, distribution amplifiers, switchers, UTP CAT5 extenders, matrix switchers, scalar switchers, screens and speakers.

Responsibility for Transportation Expenses
International: Products returned to ABtUS for warranty repair or replacement must be shipped with all transportation expenses pre-paid. Upon determination of a legitimate defect covered by this warranty and at ABtUS’ sole discretion, ABtUS will cover expenses for return via International Economy (or equivalent) of customer goods after a repair or replacement has been made. Customers must cover expenses incurred by their request to ship returns via "air". All return shipments are F.O.B. Origin.

RMA Requirement
Shipments will not be received and processed for warranty repair/replacement without an ABtUS RMA (Return Materials Authorization). Please contact an ABtUS representative to request an RMA prior to shipping product to our repair facilities.

Disclaimer of Warranty
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE OF THIS ABtUS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT. ABtUS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND BUYER HEREBY WAIVES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES.
